Surface electromyography-biofeedback (sEMG-BF) may reduce the burden of CLBP by improving physical functioning, sleep, pain catastrophizing, anxiety, and depression. This qualitative study investigated the impact of weekly EMG-BF sessions on adults with CLBP.
